RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully as we are only able to provide refunds for online purchases in limited circumstances. 

We can provide a full refund or exchange if the following:

- Goods are in their original condition.

- Proof of purchase is provided, in the form of the transactional receipt or invoice number;

- The goods are returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.

- Only full priced items are eligible for a refund. No sale items can be refunded

- If you believe that your product exhibits a genuine manufacturing fault please return your item for inspection and we will be happy to replace, exchange or refund. 

- Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings and headwear.

We take great care to ensure that all images and information provided is accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Refunds, credits or exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.

While the postage method to return your product is up to you, we recommend that you post a return to us via registered post as En Pointe Collective cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. En Pointe Collective will not be responsible for the cost of return postage for Returns & Exchanges.

In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
